Disability Support Services at the 天美传媒 is dedicated to ensuring that all students — whether learning online, attending classes on campus, or studying at off-campus instructional sites — have equal access to educational opportunities. The office provides tailored support and appropriate accommodations for students with learning, physical, and psychological disabilities. Key services include assisting students with the initial determination and implementation of classroom accommodations, coordinating the Alternative Testing Program, and collaborating with other campus departments to address accessibility concerns and promote awareness. Additional resources include academic guidance and study skills sessions, access to assistive technology, alternate format materials, and note-taking assistance. Through these comprehensive services, the office plays a crucial role in helping students overcome barriers and succeed academically.
Military Veterans Affairs
Military Veteran Affairs at the 天美传媒 supports veterans, active-duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, and their families as they transition to and navigate college life. The center offers a variety of resources to ensure academic and personal success, including assistance with platforms like Canvas and the UNA student portal, access to computer stations with free printing, and comprehensive information about student services. The center also features a comfortable study area and lounge space, creating an inviting environment for focus and connection. Additional support includes the Veteran-to-Veteran Mentoring Program, which fosters peer guidance and community, and the Book Lend program to ease financial burdens. Above all, Military Veterans Affairs provides a welcoming space where student veterans and military-affiliated students can connect, find support, and thrive throughout their academic journey.

Case Management
Case Management at the 天美传媒 is designed to promote student success and retention while enhancing the overall well-being and safety of the campus community. By identifying individual needs, removing barriers, connecting students with appropriate resources, and fostering self-efficacy, the office plays a vital role in helping students overcome challenges that may impact their academic or personal progress. Services are available to assist students facing various circumstances, including, but not limited to, academic concerns, illness or injury, mental health concerns, and medical withdrawal. Support is also provided for those experiencing financial difficulties, housing or food insecurity, personal or family crises, or struggles in adjusting to campus life. Additionally, Case Management offers guidance for students who are having trouble navigating the university experience or dealing with any barrier that affects their ability to succeed. ROAR Pantry
The ROAR Pantry at the 天美传媒 is committed to supporting the basic needs of the campus community while raising awareness about the pressing issue of food insecurity. Open to students, faculty, and staff, the pantry provides access to food and personal hygiene items for those experiencing limited resources. In addition to offering pantry staples, the ROAR Pantry extends its support through various programs, including meal swipes, meal plan scholarships, and special initiatives, such as Thanksgiving meals and a school supply giveaway. These services are designed to ease financial burdens, promote well-being, and ensure that all members of the UNA community have the resources they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
